What are your safety procedures for Balloon Twisting?
The balloon twister will be wearing either a face mask or face shield. Our twisting balloons are sprayed down with disenfectant spray. The twister will be applying hand sanitizer to their hands between each child. Guests are not permitted to touch the balloons and balloon supplies.
What are your safety procedures for Face Painting?
The face painter will be wearing either a face mask or face shield. The professional water based face paint is sprayed with sanitizing spray specially formulated for make up and tools. All sponges are single use and disposable. Painter applies hand sanitizer between each guest.
After the paint brush touches skin the following steps are taken before more paint is added to the brush:
* Brush is washed in Lush Brush brush soap
* Brush is sanitized in Alcohol bath
* Brush rinsed in clean water
How long does face painting / air-brushing take?
It all depends on the design requested. Small designs are not necessarily the quickest. On average you should budget between 5 minute to 15 minutes. per person, Ideally we like to work out your offered designs prior to the event, creating themed options.
How do you remove the face paint?
For basic face painting all you need is soap and water. Some paints that have heavier pigments may take a little longer to remove and make up remover is suggested. For Airbrushing, the paint is water resistant. You will need to massage shower gel/soap into the design in order to break it up. Then wash with soap and water.
What if one of my guests appears ill or injured?
To protect staff, integrity of equipment and fellow guests, anyone appearing to be ill will not be painted. They will be handed a temporary tattoo to put on at their leisure. Injured areas cannot be painted as well. We are not medical professionals but must err on the side of caution and safety.
How do I pay you?
For each event an agreement is drawn up and a $50 deposit is required at time of contracting. We accept Cash, Certified Check or Credit Card. Payment in full is requested prior to start of event.
